Shipping Methods

Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders of $75 or more in the contiguous United States. Express and priority services are available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days before leaving our Los Angeles, California fulfillment point.

Return Window

Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method in a production checkout flow.

Damaged Orders

If a shipment arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact support within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and outer packaging.

Shipping Policy

Shine on Wheels currently supports domestic U.S. shipping flows. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by service level, destination, weather, or carrier delays.

  • Standard shipping: typically 3 to 5 business days after processing.
  • Express shipping: typically 2 business days after processing.
  • Priority rush: next business day in eligible service zones.
  • Taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination and selected service.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified Shine on Wheels error.

  • Return requests should be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened liquids, used accessories, and final-sale items are not eligible for standard return.
  • Refund timing depends on inspection and the customer's card issuer in a production environment.

Cancellations

If an order has not entered fulfillment, Shine on Wheels may be able to cancel it. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has left the warehouse, the standard return policy applies.
